"Always legit and always got it"

Now today is 10/4/2026 and im trying to get on

Napsgear website and it keeps saying try again.

Hope this is temporary cause not many out there and ive been in the business around 20 yrs and so many are gone like Sciroxx. Gen X. Axio. EFP and

SPL oh dont forget one of the biggest UG labs in the world. British Dragon.  And many more

"Scammers"

Scam company. They provide a tracking number, but the order never arrives. Customer service keeps delaying with no real solution. Stay away.

I do not usually take the time to leave reviews, but NapsGear genuinely earned this one. From the moment I placed my order until the package arrived at my door, the entire process was smooth, professional, and much faster than I expected.

I placed my order on the 12th, and they confirmed receipt of my payment on the 15th. My order was shipped on the 17th, and I received it on the 20th. That is only eight days from placing the order to having it delivered to my doorstep, including a weekend. The speed and efficiency were genuinely impressive.

Communication throughout the process was clear, and I was kept informed as the order moved through each stage. I never felt uncertain about what was happening or whether the order was being handled properly.

The packaging was excellent as well. It was very discreet, secure, and professionally packed, with nothing on the outside drawing unnecessary attention. Everything inside arrived exactly as expected and in good condition. It was obvious that care had been taken to protect the order during transit.

What stood out most was how easy and hassle-free the entire experience was. Ordering was straightforward, payment was processed without unnecessary complications, shipping moved quickly, and delivery was completed much sooner than I anticipated.

"Refund came through eventually"
Had an order that didn’t show up, and they ended up sending it again. There was also a refund for something else that took longer than I expected, but it did come through in the end. Took a bit of waiting, but it got sorted.

My order total was exactly what showed up on my bill, so at least there weren’t any stupid surprise charges. It took me a minute to spot it on my statement, which was kind of annoying, but the amount was right. Solid enough experience, 4 stars

"Verification took a minute, but it worked out"
I had to verify my account and, it took a bit longer than I thought it would... not a huge deal though. Support did get back to me, and once I sent over the info they needed, everything got sorted without much hassle. Not perfect, but smooth in the end. 4 stars from me!

"Payment Was More Frustrating Than Expected"
I was disappointed with the payment process. It took longer than it should have to figure out which payment methods actually worked, and the instructions weren’t very clear. I did manage to get it done in the end, but it felt way more annoying than it needed to be.

I gave it 4 stars because, uh, the legal info was mostly clear and not too hard to get through. A few sections could probably be a bit shorter, but overall it was fine

"Batch info was okay, but support was a hassle"
The batch details were there for the most part, but some of it wasn’t very clear. I ended up having to contact support, which was annoying enough, and then I got transferred around before getting a straight answer. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely could’ve been easier.

They do have a wide selection, and I found myself browsing for a while. Maybe I just happened to be looking for the wrong things, but a few items I wanted were missing or out of stock. So overall, it was decent, just not quite as great as I thought it might be.

I appreciated that napsgear.org had the expiration dates shown right there before I placed the order. It made things feel way less sketchy, since I didn’t have to guess or message support after the fact.

The stuff I received matched what was listed, and that definitely made me feel more comfortable about the whole order. It’s a small detail, but those little things really does matter when you’re buying online.

Overall, it was a smooth experience. Nothing too complicated to report, I just liked that they were upfront about the dates and the order went how I expected

My order showed up with everything I picked packed in the box, which was the main thing I cared about. No missing items, no weird mix-ups, just exactly what I ordered.

I looked it over and matched it against the order page, and it all checked out. Straightforward experience, and I’d have no problem ordering from them again.

I usually check napsgear when a few other places are out of what I need, and more often than not, they’ve got most of the stuff I’m looking for. Some items seem to pop up and sell out quickly, but that’s kind of expected with popular products. I’d give it around 4 stars because a couple of the things I wanted weren’t available at the time. Still, their stock seems better than a lot of other sites I’ve looked at.
