This was my first order and it felt safe enough, to be honest. I did feel like they could’ve made the process a bit clearer, though, since I was kind of left figuring things out myself...

I've been extremely pleased with my experience using NapsGear.NapsGear.org.

Had an order that didn’t show up, and they ended up sending it again. There was also a refund for something else that took longer than I expected, but it did come through in the end. Took a bit of waiting, but it got sorted.

My order total was exactly what showed up on my bill, so at least there weren’t any stupid surprise charges. It took me a minute to spot it on my statement, which was kind of annoying, but the amount was right. Solid enough experience, 4 stars

I had to verify my account and, it took a bit longer than I thought it would... not a huge deal though. Support did get back to me, and once I sent over the info they needed, everything got sorted without much hassle. Not perfect, but smooth in the end. 4 stars from me!

The description was accurate, and the item was around what I was expecting. Nothing surprising, just pretty much as described.

I was disappointed with the payment process. It took longer than it should have to figure out which payment methods actually worked, and the instructions weren’t very clear. I did manage to get it done in the end, but it felt way more annoying than it needed to be.

I gave it 4 stars because, uh, the legal info was mostly clear and not too hard to get through. A few sections could probably be a bit shorter, but overall it was fine

The batch details were there for the most part, but some of it wasn’t very clear. I ended up having to contact support, which was annoying enough, and then I got transferred around before getting a straight answer. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely could’ve been easier.

They do have a wide selection, and I found myself browsing for a while. Maybe I just happened to be looking for the wrong things, but a few items I wanted were missing or out of stock. So overall, it was decent, just not quite as great as I thought it might be.

My order went smoothly tbh. The tracking updated like it was supposed to, so I wasn’t sitting there guessing what was going on. I messaged support once and they got back to me fast, kept it simple too. No problems on my end, would def use again

Napsgear seems to have been around for a while, and a lot of users say their orders went fine!!! The main complaints I keep seeing are that shipping can be slow sometimes, and support isn’t always super quick to respond!!!
So yeah, I’d probably call it a 4-star kind of experience overall!!! Seems solid enough and generally trusted, but definitely not flawless!!!

I paid with my card and the checkout process felt secure (which is always a relief). I got the confirmation and didn’t see any weird charges afterward, so that was good. The only thing was that it took a bit for the payment to show as received, and I got a little nervous for a minute (probably just me overthinking). Overall, it was fine and I’d give it 4 stars...
